Plexus Technology Solutions, LLC (“Plexus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides managed IT services, IT consulting, VoIP solutions, and related technology services to businesses. Our services include network management, cybersecurity, help desk support, hardware procurement, and technology consulting.

2. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Plexus Technology related to:

• IT support ticket updates and status changes
• Service appointment confirmations and technician ETAs
• Account onboarding and credential delivery
• Operational alerts and service notifications
• Password reset confirmations
• Hardware delivery notifications

3. Message Frequency and Rates

• Message frequency varies based on your service activity and support requests.
• Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Plexus Technology does not charge for sending or receiving text messages, but your carrier may.

4. Opt-In and Consent

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Plexus by:

• Submitting your phone number through our opt-in form
• Providing your phone number during service onboarding
• Requesting text message notifications through our support portal

Your consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any services.

5. Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any message from Plexus

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. You may re-subscribe at any time by replying START or contacting us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plexus Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or SMS communications, including but not limited to delays or failures in message delivery.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
